To provide a nasal cavity indwelling device capable of improving the extended-release property of a drug.SOLUTION: A nasal cavity indwelling device of the present invention, which comprises an insertion body for being inserted into the nasal cavity from the nostril, slowly releases a drug to the nasal mucosa in a state in which the insertion body indwells in the nasal cavity.
