The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing assorted feed for cattle, with enhanced nutrients, by using a liquid yeast fermentation solution increasing food preference of livestock and productivity. The method comprises the following steps: (a) manufacturing a liquid yeast growth medium by inoculating a liquid medium with yeast, and culturing the same； (b) selecting and mixing raw materials of assorted feed； (c) forming the mixed raw materials into pellets by a pellet former； (d) cooling the formed pellets； (e) spraying the liquid yeast growth medium obtained in step (a) on the exterior of the cooled pellets； and (f) cooling the liquid yeast growth medium-sprayed pellets.본 발명은 가축의 섭취 기호도 및 생산성을 증가시키는 액상 효모균 발효액을 이용하여 영양성분이 강화된 축우용 배합사료를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
