PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin particle solvent dispersion in which resin particles are dispersed well in an organic solvent without coagulation or swelling and which provides a resin film good in scratch resistance when used as an anti-blocking agent for a resin film.SOLUTION: A resin particle solvent dispersion comprises an organic solvent and resin particles dispersed in the organic solvent. The resin particles in the resin particle solvent dispersion have an average particle size of 0.1-1.0 μm and comprises 60-85 wt.% of structural units originated from isobutyl methacrylate and/or tert-butyl methacrylate and 15-40 wt.% of structural units originated from polyfunctional vinyl type monomers. The solubility parameter of the organic solvent is 8.0-12.5.
