PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathing agent molded by compressing powder that is invulnerable to defects such as cracks and nicks even in collision with each other.SOLUTION: The bathing agent 10 is a solid bathing agent obtained by subjecting a raw material mainly composed of powder to compression molding. The bathing agent 10 has a flat and nearly columnar shape with top and bottom faces and side faces, wherein the top and bottom faces have each two or more sets of the groups of four sides consisting of a first pair of sides parallel with each other and a second pair of sides located at 90 degrees to the first pair and parallel with each other, and are a polygon of which the all inner angles are less than 180 degrees.
