PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for determining a skin condition that increases objectivity in the determination of a skin or scalp condition of a general consumer using image data of a keratin checker and a sebum checker, and that realizes a business method using such a determination method.SOLUTION: Medical interview data on a skin or a scalp, and image data of keratin and/or sebum which have been made into electronic data and taken in a personal computer, a smartphone, or a tablet terminal are transmitted to a server or a cloud service, and diagnosed by a skin or scalp diagnostic system mounted on the server or the cloud service. The input medical interview data is subjected to data processing and made into diagnostic data, and the input image data is subjected to image processing such as binarization processing and made into diagnostic data.
