The present invention relates to a fat removal patch and, more particularly, to a fat removal patch having an ultrasonic radiation function. According to the present invention, the shape or size of the patch can vary for attachment to desired body parts and fat cell removal is triggered based on ultrasonic radiation toward the skin. The ultrasonic radiation patch according to the present invention can be small and thin so that it can be attached by a user to any desired part for fat removal anytime and anywhere. Because the shape of the ultrasonic radiation patch can fit the body part to which it is to be attached, a fat removal effect at that part can be enhanced. In addition, the attachment can be carried out with ease, and thus the convenience of use can be improved.
