To provide highly effective infusions that can be produced without controlling centrifugation conditions and are for promoting the increase of cellular tissues.SOLUTION: Provided is an infusion obtained by producing PRP (platelet rich plasma) 1 and mixing a placenta 2 extracted from the human body, a fat tissue 3 extracted from the human body, or a hyaluronic acid with the PRP 1. Preferably, the placenta 2 comprises a fibroblast growth factor. Macrophages are induced and fibroblasts migrate and proliferate. The amount of human skin tissue can be increased to eliminate wrinkles and sagging.
