PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method for a vacuum thermal insulation panel and a vacuum thermal insulation panel which arranges the simple and light weight vacuum thermal insulation panel so as to mount it to the inner side of a greenhouse cultivation house structure, suppresses overall heat transfer between the indoor and the outdoor side, and certainly ensures a stable temperature at an indoor side and energy saving. SOLUTION: In a greenhouse cultivation house 1, the vacuum thermal insulation panel 4 is mounted to a roof 2 of the structure and a structure member at the inner side of a side surface 3, a vacuum valve 5 installed on the vacuum thermal insulation panel is connected to a pipe 7 connected to a vacuum pump 6, and air in the vacuum thermal insulation panel is sucked by the vacuum pump. The inside of the panel is constituted of a pressure-resistant structural member and a vacuum space to ensure high temperature-retainability and a heat-insulation property.
