A method of manufacturing a packaged solid stick antiperspirant composition is provided. The method includes combining an antiperspirant active, one or more structurants and a surfactant to form a mixture, dispensing the mixture from a nozzle to fill a dispensing package, forming a solid stick antiperspirant composition within the dispensing package. The surfactant has a melt temperature that is greater than the crystallization onset temperature of the solid stick antiperspirant composition. The antiperspirant active and the surfactant are in contact for about 5 minutes or less from the moment that the antiperspirant active and the surfactant and the structurant are mixed until the moment that the mixture is dispensed from the nozzle.Cette invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une composition antitranspiration solide en stick sous emballage, ledit procédé comprenant la combinaison d'un principe antitranspiration actif, d'un ou de plusieurs agents structurants et d'un tensioactif pour former un mélange, l'éjection du mélange à partir d'une buse pour remplir un emballage distributeur, et la formation d'une composition antitranspiration solide en stick à l'intérieur de l'emballage distributeur. Le tensioactif a une température de fusion supérieure à la température de début de cristallisation de la composition antitranspiration solide en stick. Le principe antitranspiration actif et le tensioactif sont en contact pendant environ 5 minutes ou moins à compter du moment où le principe antitranspiration actif, le tensioactif et l'agent structurant sont mélangés et celui où le mélange est éjecté à partir de la buse.
