PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical connector that can easily keep a lock nut clean.SOLUTION: A medical connector includes a cylindrical connector body 101, a lock nut 102 attached to the periphery of the connector body 101 at a mounting position, which can be separated from the connector body 101 by being moved in a tip direction from the mounting position, and a movement regulation part 103 for regulating the movement of the lock nut 102 in an axial direction from the mounting position. The movement regulation part 103 includes a pawl part 125 provided on the lock nut side, and an engagement part 131 provided on the connector body 101 side, which engages with the pawl part 125. The pawl part 125 is provided at an end part of a non-annular flexible piece 123 provided to the lock nut 102, whose end part can be moved in a radial direction.
