SOLUTION: The quick-drying transparent lotion for sterilization comprises 0.001-5 mass% 2- (meth) acryloyloxyethylphosphorylcholine (MPC) copolymer having 5,000-5,000,000 weight-average molecular weight and obtained by polymerizing MPC with a monomer represented by formula (1) (wherein R is a 3-18C hydrophobic organic group which may be substituted with N and/or O R
