PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sauna apparatus capable, when having a shower after sauna bathing, of quickly resuming the sauna operation while suppressing unnecessary power consumption.
SOLUTION: When a shower switch 61 is turned on in a stable mode, this sauna apparatus stops an air blower 35, stops the energization to an air heater 43, stops a rotating motor 22, and controls only a heater 9 to shift to a shower waiting mode for retaining the temperature of warm water, so that, when resuming the sauna operation, the temperature inside a sauna room 2 can be immediately raised to a set temperature, and thereafter, when the shower switch 61 is turned off, shifts to a start-up mode for resuming the sauna operation. This constitution eliminates the useless sauna operation when having a shower and yet quickly perform the sauna operation when a next user uses the sauna, thus improving the usability.
