PURPOSE: A calcium phosphate composition, a preparation method thereof, a device for manufacturing calcium phosphate scaffolds, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to embody uniform sponge coating. CONSTITUTION: A calcium phosphate composition comprises: calcium phosphate powder of 20-60 weight%； distilled water 30-70 weight% as a solvent； polyvinyl alcohol 1-10 weight% as a binder； a dispersing agent 0.1-2 weight% selected among polyacrylic ammonium salt, polycarboxylic acid ammonium salt, trimethoxy phosphate, trimethoxy phosphite, triethoxy phosphate, and triethoxy phosphite； a crack reducing agent 0.5-10 weight% selected among ethylene glycol, glycerine, formamide, and dimethylformamide； and a cellulose compound 0.2-5 weight%.본 발명은 치과 및 정형외과용 근골격계 재건용 다공성 인산칼슘 합성뼈 스캐폴드의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 전체 페이스트 중량의 20~60중량%의 인산칼슘 분말을, 수계 경우 30~70중량%의 증류수에 분산하고, 비수계의 경우 30~70중량% 알코올에 분산하여, 수계 내지 비수계 조성의 인산칼슘 페이스트를 제조하고, 폴리우레탄 스펀지에 제조된 페이스트를 함침하여 피복하고 건조한 후, 1000~1350℃에서 열처리하여 인산칼슘 스캐폴드를 제조한다.
