PURPOSE: An automatic fruit skin removal apparatus is provided to peel a controlled thickness of the skin from fruits, and to enable users to control the apparatus from one location. CONSTITUTION: An automatic fruit skin removal apparatus comprises the following: a fixing plate installed on the upper side of a body for rotatably fixing a pinion gear； a rotating shaft(30) integrated with the pinion gear； a saw-tooth support plate(50) fixed in between a rotating shaft upper unit(31) and the pinion gear； a supporter inserted into a groove formed on the upper side of the saw-tooth support plate； a rack gear(40) with one end fixed to a cylinder rod(42) for moving forward and backward by the operation of a first cylinder； and an installation disk(60) fixed to the lower side of the rotating shaft for fixing a second cylinder(71), controlling the movement of a cutter assembly(80).본 발명은 과피의 두께를 일정하게 제피할 수 있게 구성되고, 꼭지제거부터 제피작업이 하나의 제어기판에 의하여 제어될 수 있으며, 에어실린더에 의해 동작하는 래크와 피니언에 의해 커터부가 과일 둘레를 회전하게 되므로 회전에 대한 제어를 정밀하게 할 수 있는 자동 과피 제거 장치에 관한 것이며, 제피기(10) 몸체(11)의 상판부(14)에 고정판(15)이 고정되어 피니언(32) 기어가 회전 가능하게 고정되고, 피니언(32) 기어는 회전축(30)과 같이 회전하도록 일체로 형성되되 회전축상부(31)와 피니언(32) 기어 사이에 톱니지지판(50)이 아이들링 가능하게 고정되며, 톱니지지판(50)의 상면에 형성된 홈부(52)에 삽입되어 고정되는 지지체(53)에 의하여 가이드되어 피니언(32) 기어와 맞물려 선형 이동하도록 래크(40) 기어가 설치되고, 래크(40) 기어의 단부에 실린더로드(42)가 고정되어 제1실린더(41)의 작동에 의하여 전후 이동하게 되며, 회전축(30)의 하단에 설치원반(60)이 고정되어 그 상면 일측에 제2실린더(71)가 고정되고, 제2실린더(71)의 실린더로드(72)가 회전축(30)에 형성된 작동홀(33)을 관통하여 단부에 작동봉(70)이 고정되며, 작동봉(70)은 설치원반(60)에 형성된 슬릿홀(61)을 통해 고정되되 하단에 커터부(80)가 고정되고, 작동봉(70)은 설치원반(60)의 저면에 형성된 스프링지지부(75)와 스프링(76)에 의해 고정되어 과일(1)에 탄력적으로 밀착하도록 구성되며, 제피기(10) 몸체(11) 내부 일측에 형성된 제어기판(90)의 제어로 제2실린더(71)가 작동하여 커터부(80)가 과일(1)에 밀착되고, 제1실린더(41)가 작동하여 커터부(80)가 과일(1)의 둘레를 따라 이동하게 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
