The top part and the bottom part of the casing with the spherical surface and side lid are made having toroid shape, in bottom part of such casing the extended elements for reception and transfer of the medical tools are installed with possibility of common or individual reciprocating rotation, and in the top part if such casing at angle 120° three drives with reel on drums and lifting wires are installed, one end of wires is secured on the appropriate reel on drum, the middle part of the wires is located in the appropriate guide channel of the top part of the toroid casing, and second ends of the wires are secured at angle 120° in the bottom part of the toroid lid.
