PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag having an excellent freshness retaining effect by both freshness retaining effects of MA packaging and a product temperature drop by attaining cooling by a vacuum precooling method while preventing a decrease in commercial value caused by water collected in packaging which is a problem in conventional MA packaging.SOLUTION: The packaging bag for retaining freshness of vegetables and fruits is formed to have an oxygen concentration of 3-18 vol.% and a carbon dioxide concentration of 3-18 vol.% in packaging by the own respiration of vegetables and fruits within 24 hours after packaging the vegetables and fruits in a vegetable and fruit packaging bag formed of a transparent synthetic resin film with a thickness of 15-150 μm and having 1-20 holes each having an opening area of 0.3-10 mm2.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来のMA包装では問題であった包装内に水がたまることによる商品価値の低下を防ぎ、かつ、真空予冷法による冷却が可能で、MA包装と品温の低下による両方の鮮度保持効果により、優れた鮮度保持効果を有する包装袋に関するものである。【課題手段】厚み15~150μmの透明な合成樹脂フィルムよりなり、孔1個の開口面積0.3~10mm2の孔を1~20個有する青果物包装袋において、青果物を包装後24時間以内に、青果物自身の呼吸により包装内の酸素濃度が3~18vol%、炭酸ガス濃度が3~18vol%となる青果物鮮度保持包装袋である。【選択図】なし
