According to the present invention, in the tunnel type sauna apparatus integrated with the hot mat, the hot mat, which generates heat by using electricity or hot water, comprises: a bottom part a ceiling part which is unfolded as a flat surface when being connected to one end of the bottom part, and forms a tunnel shape when being connected to both ends of the bottom part and a side blocking part for blocking both opened sides when the ceiling part forms the tunnel shape. According to the present invention, when the tunnel type sauna apparatus integrated with the hot mat is used as both the hot mat and the sauna apparatus, the bottom part and the ceiling part are always used, so it is unnecessary to separately store either the bottom part or the ceiling part.
