PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head for an ultrasonic constipation-relieving device structured so that adhesion between the adhesive surface of a case and a piezoelectric vibrator adhesively fixed to the case is hard to separate even when used for a long period of time under a normal temperature environment or under an environment varied in temperature, and gaps between the case and the piezoelectric vibrator are hardly made.SOLUTION: The head for an ultrasonic constipation-relieving device includes a piezoelectric vibrator in the housing part of a resin head case, and is structured as follows: the adhesive surface of the housing part to which the piezoelectric vibrator is adhesively fixed, is modified to strengthen the adhesion with an adhesive the adhesive surface of the piezoelectric vibrator is adhesively fixed to the modified adhesive surface the adhesive surface is modified into a polar radical one easy to cause hydrogen bonds the piezoelectric vibrator adhesively fixed to the adhesive surface of the housing part is pressed against the adhesive surface with a pressing tool fixed to the head case the piezoelectric vibrator is adhesively fixed to the unmodified adhesive surface the piezoelectric vibrator is pressed against the adhesive surface with the pressing tool fixed to the head case and the pressing tool is a ring-like one.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 通常の温度環境下で或いは温度差のある環境下で長期間使用してもケースの接着面とそれに接着固定した圧電振動子との接着が剥離し難く、両者の間に隙間が生じ難くした。【解決手段】 樹脂製のヘッドケースの収容部に圧電振動子が設けられた超音波便秘改善器用ヘッドにおいて、圧電振動子を接着固定する収容部の接着面を、接着剤での接着が強固になるように改質し、改質された接着面に圧電振動子の接着面を接着固定した。接着面を水素結合し易い極性基に改質した。収容部の接着面に接着固定された圧電振動子を、ヘッドケースに固定した押し具により接着面に押し付けるようにした。圧電振動子を改質されない接着面に接着固定し、その圧電振動子をヘッドケースに固定した押し具により接着面に押し付けるようにした。押し具をリング状にした。【選択図】図1
