PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a plant, a plant material, and a seed including various characteristics suitable for a consumer and a commercial plant producer, and an improved plant, a plant material, and a seed prepared by the method.SOLUTION: A hybrid plant, a plant material, and a seed are provided in which one or more other variant alleles such as variant shrunken-2i(sh2-i) allele is embedded in a genome following sugary-1(su1), sugary enhancer-1(se1) and/or shrunken-2(sh2) alleles.
