An acupoint detection system includes a storage device, electrodes, pressure sensors, a readout device, a micro controller and a discharge device. The storage device stores acupoint data. The pressure sensors disposes correspondingly under the electrodes, and sense pressure that is generated when the electrodes are pressed to generate pressure signals. The readout device couples the pressure sensors to readout the pressure signals. The micro controller couples to the storage device and the readout device, and receives the pressure signal, wherein the micro controller generates pressure distribution data according to the pressure signals, and the micro controllers calculated acupoint positions according to the acupoint data and the pressure distribution data to output a control signal when the pressure distribution data is determined that it includes part features. The discharge device couples to the micro controllers and the electrodes, and output an electric signal to the electrodes corresponding to the acupoints positions.一種穴位檢測系統，其包含儲存裝置、電極、壓力感測器、讀取裝置、微控制器及放電裝置。儲存裝置儲存穴位資料。壓力感測器對應設置於電極下，並感測電極被按壓時產生的壓力而產生壓力訊號。讀取裝置耦接至壓力感測器，以讀取壓力訊號。微控制器耦接至儲存裝置及讀取裝置，並接收壓力訊號，其中微控制器根據壓力訊號以產生壓力分佈資料，並於判定壓力分佈資料包含部位特徵時，微控制器根據穴位資料及壓力分佈資料以計算出穴位位置，並輸出控制訊號。放電裝置耦接至微控制器及電極，並根據控制訊號將電訊號輸出至對應穴位位置的電極。
