PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which can be opened without making peeling sound and whose packaging sheets is easy to be disposed of.SOLUTION: An absorbent article folded in three in a longitudinal direction has a top sheet and a back sheet, has a packaging sheet fixed to the back sheet via an adhesive layer provided on a garment side surface of the back sheet. In the state that it is folded in three, a seal part where width direction both end parts of the packaging sheet facing each other are sealed is formed.
