The ginsenoside F2 of the present invention has: anti-wrinkle effects by promoting fibroblast proliferation, increasing collagen synthesis, and hindering elastase； skin whitening effects by suppressing melanin synthesis and tyrosinase； and acne improving effects through antibiosis activities for propionebacteriumacne which is a pathogen related to acne and staphylococcusaureus which is a suppurative bacterium so that the composition of the present invention including the ginsenoside F2 as the active ingredient can effectively improve anti-wrinkle, skin whitening, and anti-acne effects and be used as a functional cosmetic composition.
