The present invention discloses a leash device. More specifically, the present invention relates to a leash device for companion animals, which can prevent stealing and missing of the companion animals by enabling a user to quickly recognize and cope with a situation of losing the leash device by using a wireless communication technology. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the leash device comprises: a wearable band included in the leash for companion animals； and a communication means performing near field wireless communication with a user terminal mounted on a handler which a user grasps, and by outputting notification when the communication connection is released depending on the distance from the user terminal, the user can recognize the companion animal before losing the companion animal.본 발명은 목줄 장치를 개시한다. 보다 상세하게는, 본 발명은 무선통신 기술을 이용하여 사용자가 목줄을 놓쳤을 때 이를 신속하게 인식 및 대처할 수 있도록 함으로써 반려동물의 도난 및 실종을 방지할 수 있도록 한 반려동물용 목줄 장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 반려동물용 목줄에 포함되는 착용밴드와, 사용자가 쥐는 핸들러에 각각 사용자 단말과 근거리 무선통신을 수행하는 통신수단을 탑재하고, 사용자 단말과의 거리에 따라 그 통신연결이 해제되면 알림을 출력함으로써 사용자가 반려동물을 잃어버리기 전에 인식할 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
