The purpose of the present invention is to enable a scented candle to continuously diffuse its fragrance by heating a portion of the scented candle and moving a heated portion such that the overall area is heated by travelling of the heated portion when using a conventional candle warmer. That is, the candle warmer comprises: a spin platter having a disc-shaped scented candle placed on an upper portion of a bottom body case having a square box shape； a driving belt which rotates the spin platter； a candle heating arm having a candle heating device for heating an area of the disc-shaped scented candle； and an arm moving device which moves the candle heating device in the central direction of the disc-shaped scented candle, wherein the arm moving device is provided with a heating arm height adjusting device, and the bottom body case is provided with an LED light emitting unit and a sound speaker. Thus, fragrance can be diffused by heating an area of the disc-shaped scented candle, and the fragrance is diffused by heating the overall scented candle by the movement of the candle heating device and the rotation of the disc-shaped scented candle. In addition, since the heating arm height adjusting device constantly maintains a distance between the disc-shaped scented candle and the candle heating arm, it is possible to prevent diffusion from weakening due to changes in distance.
