PURPOSE: An antibacterial and antifungal composition against fish bacterial pathogens is provided to prevent and treat bacterial infection in fishes and to ensure superior function over a conventional chemical.CONSTITUTION: An antibacterial and antifungal composition for fishes contains extract of Sophora flavescens Aiton, Rheum palmatum Linne, or Rubus coreanus Miquel as an active ingredient. The extract is prepared using water, ethanol, isopropylalcohol, methanol, propanol, butanol, glycerin, or butylenes glycol.
