PURPOSE: An information processing apparatus for FD-OCT(Frequency Domain Optical Coherence Tomography) and a method thereof is provided to eliminate noise by performing a simple operation such as matrix subtraction.CONSTITUTION: An image scanning unit(100) produces depth information from the measured data and outputs an original tomographic image. A noise eliminating unit(200) eliminates noises from the original tomographic image and outputs a result tomographic image.
