The present invention relates to a disposable clip treatment device for an endoscope, which increases productivity and reduces manufacturing costs and can be very conveniently and easily used since its structure is simple and the number of parts and the man-hours are reduced. According to the present invention, the disposable clip treatment device for an endoscope comprises: a slider (13) installed to be combined with a slit (12) perforated in a rear end portion of a main body (11) to be movable back and forth to move forward and backward or rotate a wire (40)； a handling member (10) installed to be combined at the rear end of the device to rotate and having a grip ring (14) held by inserting a finger； a supporting tube (20) for installing a rear end portion to be combined in a coupling hole of the main body not to be separated； an insertion tube (30) for installing a rear end portion to be inserted into the coupling hole of the main body through the supporting tube not to be separated； a wire (40) installed to be combined such that the rear end passes through the insertion tube and the coupling hole of the handling member to be bound to the inner side of the slider and the front end is positioned inside a front end portion of the insertion tube； a clip binding member (50) installed to be fixed to the front end of the wire； and a clip member (60) installed to be bound to the front end of the clip binding member.본 발명은, 그 구조가 간단하고 부품 및 제조공수를 감소시켜 생산성의 향상과 제조원가가 절감됨은 물론 사용이 매우 간편·용이하게 되는 내시경용 일회용 립처치기구에 관한 것이다.이와 같은 본 발명에 따른 내시경용 일회용 클립처치기구는, 본체(11)의 후단부에 천공되는 슬릿(12)에 전후 이동하게 결합설치되어 와이어(40)를 전후진 및 회전시키는 슬라이더(13)와, 후단에 회동하게 결합설치되며 손가락을 끼워서 잡는 파지링(14)을 구비하는 조작부재(10)와, 후단부를 상기 본체의 결합구에 이탈하지 않게 결합설치하는 지지관(20)과, 후단부를 상기 지지관을 통해 본체의 결합구에 삽입하여 이탈하지 않도록 설치하는 삽입관(30)과, 후단은 상기 삽입관과 조작부재의 결합구를 관통하여 슬라이더의 내면에 결속하고 전단은 삽입관의 전단부 내에 위치하게 결합설치되는 와이어(40)와, 상기 와이어의 전단에 고정설치되는 클립결속부재(50)와, 상기 클립결속부재에 전단에 결속설치되는 클립부재(60)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
