The method may include preparing a mold for forming a tube hole of a main body of the syringe, a first part and a second part for forming a connection part of the syringe, and a third part for forming a close contact part of the syringe, supporting and securing a proximal portion of a needle tube by the mold, injecting the resin into the mold, and forming the syringe and the needle tube integrally by forming the syringe around the needle tube.
