The present creation provides a surgery device for osteotomy comprising a first part and a second part. The first part has a first guiding side and a second guiding side. The second part has a third guiding side. The second guiding side and the third guiding side are formed a guiding slot for guiding a saw and limiting the saw on a first cutting position. The first guiding side is for guiding the saw on a second cutting position. Using the present creation, the saw can cut a bone according to the first and the second cutting position.
