PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply configured functional name plate allowing efficient rescue of residents by making the evacuation state and the evacuation method of the residents intelligible to inside and outside people of the facility engaged with rescue of the residents.SOLUTION: A functional name plate 1 which is arranged outside of a residence room and includes an identification tag 11 in which a piece of identification information of a resident is displayed or embedded, a case 2 which houses the identification tag 11 and includes an openable/closable cover 3, a nameplate 7 which is attached to the outside of the case 2 or exposed from the case 2, a switch 23 arranged inside the case 2 and detecting open/close of the cover 3 or presence or absence of the identification tag 11, and an LED lamp 15 which is lit upon detection of the open of the cover 3 or absence of the identification tag 11 by the switch 23. When rescuing residents of the facility, if the identification tag 11 is removed from the case 2, it is notified to surrounding people by lamp lighting, so that the complete or not complete of rescue of each resident is easily grasped and the rescue is efficiently performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】福祉施設や医療施設における緊急時の避難において、入居者の避難状況や避難方法が施設内外の救助に携わる人たちに分かりやすく、入居者の救助が効率よく行える、簡素な構成の機能性ネームプレートを提供する。【解決手段】入居者の識別情報が表示又は及び内蔵された識別タグ11と、識別タグ11を収納し、開閉自在なカバー3を有するケース2と、ケース2の外側に又はケース2から露出して設けられた表札7と、ケース2内に設けられ、カバー3の開閉又は識別タグ11の有無を検知するスイッチ23と、スイッチ23によりカバー3の開放又は識別タグ11がないことが検知されると点灯するLEDランプ15とを備えた、居室外に設置される機能性ネームプレート1である。施設の入居者の救助時に、識別タグ11がケース2内から取り出されるとランプ点灯により周囲に報知されることで、各入居者の救助の有無が容易に把握でき、救助が効率よく行える。【選択図】図2
