A biocompatible tissue graft includes a first layer of a bioremodelable collageneous material, a second layer of biocompatible synthetic or natural remodelable or substantially remodelable material attached to the first layer and at least one fiber that is stitched in a reinforcing pattern in the first layer and/or second layer to mitigate tearing and/or improve fixation retention of the graft.La présente invention concerne une greffe de tissu biocompatible comprenant une première couche dune matière collagène bio-remodelable , une seconde couche dune matière naturelle ou synthétique biocompatible remodelable ou sensiblement remodelable fixée à la première couche et au moins une fibre qui est cousue suivant un motif de renfort dans la première couche et/ou la seconde couche de façon à atténuer le déchirement et/ou à améliorer la rétention de fixation de la greffe.
