This invention relates to an application of distillers grain protein used for preparing pharmaceutical for increasing human sports ability, enhancing body composition and fatigue resistance, and reducing inflammatory reaction while performing sports training. The distillers grain protein is sake protein. The sports ability includes muscle strength and muscle endurance. Enhancing body composition includes reducing fat.
