An illustrative multilaminate medical graftproduct of the invention comprises a first layer ofremodelable extracellular matrix (ECM) material bonded to a second layer ofremodelable ECM material, wherein the first materiallayer is enriched with a growth factor relative to the second material layer.Such a remodelable ECM material may be comprisedof submucosa from a warm-blooded vertebrate, for example, porcine smallintestinal submucosa (SIS).
