A wireless physical stimulation system and method are provided. The wireless physical stimulation system includes at least one sensor, at least one physical stimulation device and an electronic device. The electronic device wirelessly connects to the at least one sensor and the at least one physical stimulation device. The at least one sensor is configured to sense at least one first sensing signal.
