Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a composition for atopic dermatitis treatment which includes pulverizing licorice, green tea, and green beans and mixing 10-20 parts by weight of fermented extract of the pulverized materials, 1-10 pars by weight of vicolor lespedeza extract, 5-10 parts by weight of finely powdered biotite, and 60-80 parts by weight of alkaline water containing sulfur.
