The current invention relates to the field of Biotechnology applied to human health. Here it is described a vaccine vehicle wherein toxins from eukaryotic organisms are encapsulated into multilamellar vesicles obtained by the dehydration-rehydration procedure whose lipidic composition is dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine: cholesterol in a 1:1 molar ratio for subcutaneous or intramuscular administration. These compositions do not require the use of other adjuvants. The disclosed compositions allow modulation of CTL-specific immune response against one or several antigens co-encapsulated into toxin-containing liposomes. The vaccinal vehicle of the present invention shows advantages over others disclosed by the previous art due to the robustness and functionality of the induced immune response as well as its immunomodulating properties.본 발명은 인간의 건강에 적용되는 생명 공학 분야에 관한 것이다. 본 바명에서는 백신 전파체(vaccine vehicle)에 대해 설명하고 있으며, 진핵생물(eukaryotic organisms)로부터의 독소는 지질 조성물(lipidic composition)이 피하(subcutaneous) 또는 근육내(intramuscular)에 투여하기 위해 디팔미토일포스파티딜콜린(DPPC):콜레스테롤(cho)의 분자비(molar ratio)가 1:1인 탈수-복원(dehydration-rehydration) 처리과정에 의해 얻어지는 다중층상 전파체(multilamellar vesicles)로 캡슐화된다. 이러한 조성물은 다른 보강제의 사용을 필요로 하지 않는다.게시되는 조성물은 독소를 함유한 리포솜(liposomes)으로 공동 캡슐화된 하나 또는 여러 항원에 대한 CTL 특정 면역 반응의 변조가 가능 하다. 본 발명의 백신 전파체는 유도 면역 반응(CTL-specific immune response)의 기능성(functionality) 및 강건성(robustness)뿐만 아니라 면역 반응 특성의 견고성과 기능으로 인해 이전 기술에 의해 공개된 다른 기술에 비해 장점이 있음을 보여준다.
