[Solution] This backing paper 1 having a flat surface 2 for holding a long catheter 15 is provided with: a distal end-side tab set 3 which is formed on the flat surface 2 and holds the catheter 15 a proximal end-side tab set 5 which is formed on the flat surface 2 and holds the catheter 15 on the proximal end side of the distal end-side tab set 3 and a long hole 24 which is formed in the flat surface 2 and provided between the distal end-side tab set 3 and the proximal end-side tab set 5.Le problème posé est de produire un papier de protection permettant de retenir un élément médical allongé, lélément médical pouvant être facilement retiré même lorsquune extrémité de celui-ci est saisie et extraite et un corps demballage muni du papier de protection.
