The present invention relates in general to the field of implant dentistry, namely to the design of a two-part medicinal device made of biocompatible ceramics, wherein said two-part medicinal device provides a basis for a crown or superstructure, which is easy to handle by a dentist. More precisely, the present invention relates to a two-part medicinal device comprising an implant part (1) and an abutment (12), wherein the prosthetic connection of both parts is provided by an internal connection (4a, 15a, 4b, 15b), which provides a secure connection between both parts.
