The present invention relates to a double flowerpot. More particularly, the present invention relates to a double flowerpot installed on road railing, which provides convenience such as easy replacement of soil and replacement of plants in a fixed state on the railing； in particular, minimizes economic losses since less manpower input is required in the work process； in addition, promotes safety of workers by shortening the plant replacement time without long time work on the road and sidewalk on which vehicles move and people walk, thereby enabling rapid replacement； and further can replace plants in a pre-planted and stabilized state in the process of replacing the plant, rather than using a pot replacing method, thereby enabling the stable replacement of the plant and enhancing the self-sustaining ability.본 발명은 이중 화분에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 난간에 고정 설치된 상태에서 간편하게 토양의 교체 및 식물의 교체가 가능하게 하는 등 사용상의 편리함을 가져오게 하며, 특히 작업 과정에서 다수의 인력 투입이 필요없게 하여 경제적인 손실을 최소화하며, 또한 식물 교체시간의 단축으로 차량의 이동이나 사람이 보행하는 도로 및 인도에서 장시간 작업이 필요 없이 신속한 교체가 가능하게 하는 등 작업자의 안전을 도모하며, 또한 식물의 교체 과정에서 화분 갈이 방식이 아닌 미리 식재 및 식물이 활착된 안정화 상태에서 교체가 가능하게 하는 등 식물의 안정된 교체가 가능하게 하면서도 자생력의 향상을 가져오게 하기 위한 도로 난간 설치용 이중 화분에 관한 것이다.
