REHABILITATION WALKING MACHINE WITH TURRET CAPABLE OF MEASURING LEG STRENGTH BY LIFTING PERSON SEATED ON INCLINED CUSHION FROM OVERHEAD VIA TENSION COIL SPRING
To solve a problem that leg strength cannot be measured because a lifting angle for lifting both waists largely changes.SOLUTION: In a rehabilitation walking machine with a turret, upper ends of two pieces of pipes for fixing lower ends to both left and right directions on an upper stage frame are fixed to both end parts of an overhead turret pipe in a center of the walking machine, a right string and a left string suspended from a right turret ring and a left turret ring fixed to the turret pipe are connected to an attachment belt of a person who is seated on an inclined cushion, the other right string and the other left string suspended from the right turret ring and the left turret ring fixed to the turret pipe are suspended from a right ring and a left ring on an upper stage plate fixed to the upper stage frame, and connected to an upper board, a lower board is suspended by a lower hook of each tension coil spring suspended from the upper board, a right lower string and a left lower string connected to both end parts of the lower board are wound to a right winding ring and a left winding ring arranged on a lower stage plate fixed to a lower stage frame, a rotating shaft which is fastened with the right winding ring and the left winding ring is connected to a reduction gear, the reduction gear is lifted by a person who manually turns the reduction gear, and its lifting force is calculated by adjusting the number of pieces of the tension coil springs, thus measuring and diagnosing leg strength.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】両腰を吊る吊り上げ角度が大きく変化し脚力の測定ができない。【解決手段】上段枠上の左右双方に下端を固定する2本ずつのパイプの上端を歩行器の中心で頭上の矢倉パイプの両端部それぞれに固定し、その矢倉パイプに固定する右矢倉リングと左矢倉リングとに架け下げる右紐と左紐とを傾斜座布団に座る車椅子の人の装着帯に接続し、右矢倉リングと左矢倉リングとに架け下がる他の右紐と左紐とは上段枠上に固着させた上段板上の右輪と左輪とに架け下げて上盤に接続し、その上盤から吊り下がる各引張コイルバネの下フックで下盤を吊り下げし、下盤の両端部に接続する右下紐と左下紐とを下段枠上に固着させた下段板上に配置する右巻き輪と左巻き輪とに巻き付けし、それら右巻き輪と左巻き輪とを固着させた回転軸は減速機に連結し、その減速機を手で回す事で人を吊り上げし、その吊り上げ力を引張コイルバネの本数を調整し計算する事で脚力を計測診断する矢倉付きリハビリ歩行器。【選択図】図1
