The active valve comprising a driver (2010) and a flexible membrane (2015) enclosing a chamber (2017)； and a check valve (250) located between the active valve (270) and the second end of the main drainage tube. A volume of the chamber (2017) is changed to at least partially occlude the drainage tube.
