Embodiments provide a system for delivering a cosmetic agent (CA) to the skin. The system includes a power source and at least two electrode assemblies (EA) that can be attached to or integrated with a face mask assembly that fits the user's face. Each electrode assembly EA is configured to maintain contact with the face or other skin layer. Additionally, each electrode assembly EA includes an electrode coupled to the power source to receive an output current from the power source. At least one electrode assembly of the pair of electrode assemblies EA includes a medium that carries a cosmetic agent CA, and the medium allows the output current to deliver the cosmetic agent to the epidermal dermis or other layer of the skin.
