The present invention relates to a cell composition comprising neural stem cells, nerve cells, or GABAergic nerve cells differentiated from mesenchymal stem cells. The cell composition comprises: neural stem cells and at least one of an immature neural stem cells or a mesenchymal stem cell. The cell composition can increase growth, survival rate, and differentiation rate of a cell in an area in which the cell composition is injected. The cell composition can be applied to nerve disease without removal of a cell, which has not been differentiated into a final nerve cell, a nerve cell, or a GABAergic nerve cell. The cell composition can prevent, alleviate, or treat nerve disease in an effective manner. When the cell composition is applied to a human body, the cell composition has a low probability of generating cytotoxicity and thus can be used as a safe cell treatment agent. The cell composition can be applied as an excellent source of a neural stem cell, nerve cell, or GABAergic cell. The cell composition can be used as not only a nerve disease treatment agent but also a cosmetic material composition.
