The present invention relates to a boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT) facility using a linear proton accelerator which reduces a treatment standby time by time-selectively supplying a proton beam to three treatment rooms, and increases transmission efficiency of the proton beam by minimizing a relative angle of the beam supplied to each treatment room. Also, a neutron target system is located in a shielding wall shielding the treatment room and an accelerator room to prevent a radioactivity problem of Ar-41 which is leaked into treatment room air. The BNCT facility comprises: a linear proton accelerator room； a first treatment room, a second treatment room and a third treatment room； and a first shielding wall, a second shielding wall and a third shielding wall.본 발명은 선형 양성자가속기를 이용한 붕소중성자포획 치료시설에 관한 것으로서, 3개의 치료실에 시간 선택적으로 양성자선을 공급하여 치료 대기 시간을 줄이고, 각 치료실에 공급되는 빔의 상대 각도를 최소화하여 양성자선의 전송 효율을 높이는 것이 특징이다. 또한, 중성자 표적계를 치료실과 가속기실을 차폐하는 차폐벽 내에 배치하여 치료실 공기 중으로 누설되는 Ar-41의 방사화 문제를 방지할 수 있다.
