PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver ion production liquid for antibacterial use, which uses silver zeolite and collapses its crystal structure to produce silver ions, sterilizes bacteria in a short period of time by the silver ions, and further solves the problem that it can not be preserved for a long period of time in a state of the silver ions, i.e., solves the difficult problem of attaining both of the immediate effect of an antibacterial action and guarantee of the quality of a product over a long period of time, a silver ion antibacterial liquid containing the silver ions produced with the silver ion production liquid for antibacterial use, and a production method for producing the silver ion antibacterial liquid.SOLUTION: In the silver ion production liquid for antibacterial use, a first liquid is a dispersion obtained by dispersing A-type or X-type silver zeolite into an aqueous solution including a dispersion assistant, and a second liquid is an aqueous solution containing carboxylic acid of citric acid, malic acid or tartaric acid. The blending ratio of the citric acid to the silver zeolite is &ge1.2, the blending ratio of the malic acid to the silver zeolite is &ge1.4, the blending ratio of the tartaric acid to the silver zeolite is &ge1.6, and the silver zeolite and the carboxylic acid are contained in the aqueous solution of the same quantity.
