PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and composition useful for the diagnosis and treatment of angiogenic disorders, including cancer.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, a method is provided for identifying a patient who may benefit from treatment with an anti-cancer therapy other than or in addition to a VEGF-A antagonist. The method comprising determining an expression level of at least one gene in a sample obtained from the patient.
