PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently irradiate fluid with ultraviolet light using a small and simple device without decreasing a flow rate.SOLUTION: A sterilization module 1 comprises: a cylinder part 3 having an inside flow path 35 extending in a longitudinal direction； an inflow port 21a disposed at one end of the cylinder 3, and for flowing a fluid into the inside flow path 35 along a longitudinal direction； a plate 6 which is disposed between the inflow port 21a and the inside flow path 35, is cyclic in planar view, has an open hole 6a penetrating from the front to the back, and is set so that a numerical aperture is larger the nearer to the center and smaller the nearer to the periphery； and a light source 41 disposed at the other end of the cylinder part 3, capable of emitting ultraviolet light toward fluid flowing in the inside flow path 35 along a longitudinal direction, having such an ultraviolet intensity distribution on a cross section of the inside flow path 35 orthogonal to the longitudinal direction that an ultraviolet light intensity in the vicinity of the center is stronger than an ultraviolet light intensity of the circumference thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】流速を低下させることなく小型且つ簡易な装置で流体に対して効率よく紫外線照射を行う。【解決手段】殺菌モジュール１は、長手方向に延びる内側流路３５を有する円筒部３と、円筒部３の一端に設けられ内側流路３５に対して長手方向に沿って流体を流入させる流入口２１ａと、流入口２１ａと内側流路３５との間に設けられ、平面視が円形であり、且つ表裏間を通じる開口孔６ａを有し、開口率が中心ほど大きく、周辺に近いほど小さくなるように設定されている板６と、円筒部３の他端に設けられ内側流路３５を流れる流体に向けて長手方向に沿って紫外光を照射可能であり、且つ紫外光の強度分布が、長手方向と直交する内側流路３５の断面において、中央付近の紫外光強度がその周囲の紫外光強度よりも高い光源４１と、を備える。【選択図】図２
