Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Verfahren zur Herstellung von Mikropartikeln, die im Innern wenigstens einen Hohlraum aufweisen, welcher über Poren mit der Oberfläche der Mikropartikel verbunden ist und die mit wenigstens einem organischen, niedermolekularen Aktivstoff beladen sind. Die Erfindung betrifft insbesondere ein Verfahren zum Beladen von Mikropartikeln mit wenigstens einem organischen, niedermolekularen Aktivstoff, wobei der Aktivstoff in einer Matrix eingebettet ist und/oder die Poren der Mikropartikel mittels einer auf die Oberfläche der Mikropartikel aufgebrachten Substanz verschlossen sind. Die Erfindung betrifft des Weiteren ein Verfahren zum Verschließen von mit wenigstens einem organischen, niedermolekularen Aktivstoff beladenen Mikropartikeln.
