PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment device for a medical needle which is excellent in constructive efficiency and treatment efficiency and can be safely used in a medical practice.SOLUTION: The treatment device has a medical needle 30 in which a metal needle tube 1 is attached to a resin needle hub 2. The device comprises a light-heating means 3 which heats the needle tube 1 by focusing a part of the needle tube 1 which is inserted to the needle hub 2 and by irradiating the needle tube 1 with a heating light through the needle hub 2 made of a light-permeable resin, and a drawing means 4 which draws the heated needle tube 1 out of the needle hub 2, so that conventional impairment of other pieces of medical equipment by a high-frequency wave is avoided, because the heating light in an infrared region or a visible region is used as a heat source for the needle tube 1. In addition, because pinpoint heating is more available compared to discharge heating and fire heating, burn injury is hardly caused, and the needle tube 1 can be drawn out while heating the needle tube 1 by the heating light, and consequently a structural waste can be reduced compared to other conventional products.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】構造的な効率および処理効率がよく、医療現場で安全に使用できる医療用針の処理装置を提供する。【解決手段】樹脂製の針基1に金属製の針管2が取り付けられた医療用針30の処理装置であって、上記針管1の針基2にインサートされた部分に焦点を当てて、光透過性の樹脂からなる針基2を通して針管1に加熱光を照射することにより針管1を加熱する光加熱手段3と、上記加熱された針管1を針基2から抜き取る抜き取り手段4とを備えたことにより、針管1加熱の熱源として赤外領域や可視領域の加熱光を用いることから、従来のように高周波が他の医療機器に障害を与えることがない。また、放電加熱や火炎加熱に比べてピンポイント加熱が可能であるため熱傷事故の原因になりにくく、加熱光によって針管1を加熱しながら針管1を抜き取ることも可能となって、従来に比べて構造的な無駄を少なくできる。【選択図】図1
