An implantable device (10) comprising: a diametrically expandable tubular structure having a circumference and made of at least one filament (16) wound； wherein said wound filament (16) has a plurality of filament parts separated by vertices (A1-A13, B1-B13), said vertices (A1-A13, B1-B13) comprising bent parts of said filament (16), and said vertices (A1-A13, B1-B13) being located only at opposite ends of said tubular structure； and wherein said filament parts are arranged in two directions, so that a first group of said filament parts are oriented at an angle with respect to a second group of said filament parts； and characterized in that any external windings of the at least one filament (16) wound of the tubular structure are superimposed on all internal windings, previously arranged, of the at least one filament (16) wound.Un dispositivo (10) implantable que comprende: una estructura tubular expansible diametralmente que tiene una circunferencia y hecha de al menos un filamento (16) enrollado； en el que dicho filamento (16) enrollado tiene una pluralidad de partes de filamento separadas por vértices (A1- A13, B1-B13), comprendiendo dichos vértices (A1-A13, B1-B13) partes dobladas de dicho filamento (16), y estando dichos vértices (A1-A13, B1-B13) ubicados solamente en extremos opuestos de dicha estructura tubular； y en el que dichas partes de filamento están dispuestas en dos direcciones, de modo que un primer grupo de dichas partes de filamento están orientadas en un ángulo con respecto a un segundo grupo de dichas partes de filamento； y caracterizado porque cualesquiera enrollamientos externos del al menos un filamento (16) enrollado de la estructura tubular están superpuestos a todos los enrollamientos internos, dispuestos previamente, del al menos un filamento (16) enrollado.
